Floating Sound Bath with Lorraine Hayden

Float on the warm waters of the heated pool as we overlook sunset on the Long Island Sound. We find deep relaxation in meditation while soothing sounds of crystal bowls, thunder drum, sacred pyramid, and rolling waves play for you. Become immersed in the incredible vibrations of sound as your troubles just float away into the night sky.
*Float/raft and blanket is provided. Floats provide a barrier to keep dry so no need to be in the water unless you want to.
