The story begins in our lobby lounge, where windows frame the Sound and travelers gather who appreciate a strong coffee along with their sunrise. For a longer linger, fold into a plush sofa surrounded by the works of North Fork artists. And at day’s end, wind down with cocktails in-hand, as you watch the sun set over the Sound.
PRIVATE BEACH
All of our rooms are waterfront with direct access to our quarter mile of Private Beach. Enjoy food and cocktails from Jack’s Shack at your lounger or go for a swim in the Sound. Like the beaches of the South of France, we have a mixture of fine sand and well rounded pebbles that some guests love on their feet bottoms while others prefer water shoes or footwear.
SEASIDE POOL
Our seaside pool is the perfect spot to enjoy the life aquatic, overlooking the Sound just a few sandy steps away. Take a seat on a custom lounger of canvas and sailing rope and count the shades of blue from the shore to the horizon. Should hunger strike, a classic summer meal from Jack’s Shack — the concession stand that began it all — is just a raised-hand away. And when the hour strikes and the sun kisses the sea, bring the magic back up as strung lights illuminate the deck while music carries on the breeze.
The pool is open seasonally from 10am-7pm daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Our old world Piano Bar is the perfect place to grab a craft cocktail and catch a visiting musician or a local favorite. Grab the mic yourself and sing along to your favorite tunes with weekly piano karaoke from the rockin’ players led by NYC’s Sid Gold’s Request Room.

Start your day with views of the sea and a delicious complimentary continental breakfast then head out to explore the area on a complimentary bicycle.
