THE HALYARD
At our local seafood restaurant, The Halyard, we celebrate our region’s produce and bring it to your plate—direct from foragers and farmers, growers and fishermen. The team sources many of our ingredients from the North Fork and the Atlantic Seaboard, and serves them up in our light-filled dining room and sprawling seasonal deck above the Long Island Sound. Book a table at sunset, and enjoy unparalleled views of the sun setting over the Sound. The restaurant is reservation only, the deck first-come, first-serve.
THE PIANO BAR
Our piano bar has an easy charm, with echoes of a bygone era of effortless style. Tucked away from the hotel lobby, the intimate bar is a welcomed respite offering elevated fare and exceptional cocktails. Conversations flow over drinks in the warmly lit room with leather tufted booths, while the live piano echoes in the background. Come listen and enjoy live music, poetry and collaborating souls.

LOW TIDE BAR
Enjoy cocktails and live music on our private beach at the Low Tide Bar. It’s officially the best spot to catch a majestic sunset on the North Fork so come hang out, soak in the sand, grab a drink and let the music move you. Closed for the season.
