Quick Facts
Check-in time is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed; however, requests for an early check-in or late check-out will be noted by a reservationist and every effort is given to fulfill these requests. Based upon availability, late check-outs may also be arranged for an additional fee.
We welcome dogs under 50 lbs. at Sound View Greenport – a non-refundable pet for of $75 will apply. No need to make arrangements prior to your stay – at check in please let us know you have a dog staying with you and complete the pet registration paperwork.
Sound View Greenport offers overnight parking, $26 per day, plus taxes.
An Amenity Fee of 11.95% per room, per night, plus tax will be applied to your stay. This fee is to offset expenses and lend support to the destination’s infrastructure, employee benefits, subsidies for public transportation and additional tourism capacity into Greenport.
Our Private Beach
All of our rooms are waterfront with direct access to our quarter mile of Private Beach. Enjoy food and cocktails from Jack’s Shack at your lounger or go for a swim in the Sound. Like the beaches of the South of France, we have a mixture of fine sand and well rounded pebbles that some guests love on their feet bottoms while others prefer water shoes or footwear.
Seaside Pool
All of our rooms are waterfront with direct access to our quarter mile of Private Beach. Enjoy food and cocktails from Jack’s Shack at your lounger or go for a swim in the Sound. Like the beaches of the South of France, we have a mixture of fine sand and well rounded pebbles that some guests love on their feet bottoms while others prefer water shoes or footwear. The pool is open seasonally from 10am-7pm daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Complimentary Bicycles
There’s so much to explore in the Village of Greenport, why not cruise around on a complimentary bicycle? Offered seasonally, the bicycles are available to hotel guests. Get the wind in your hair and feel the sea breeze while you discover the many local artist galleries, restaurants and boutique shops.

Start your day off with a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. Enjoy a morning cup while watching the passersby and begin plotting your day on the North Fork.
