By appointment only, Saturday afternoons, Matchbook Distilling Company hosts exclusive intimate experiences with the minds and palates behind all our liquid innovation. Learn how to properly nose and taste spirits, as well as dive into the science of distilling. Groups will enjoy cocktails and blending their own full size, 750ml bottle, of their proprietary botanical blend. Each person leaves with their own bottle of signature blended gin to take home and enjoy responsibly.

Cost is $100.00 per seat, 10 seats available.

Saturday classes are at 1 pm and 3 pm.
