Join us Thursday, April 9 from 6 – 9pm in our Library for a special evening with Sparkling Pointe featuring a curated selection of Sparkling wines paired with a seasonal menu inspired by the first harvests of spring. Think local crudo with rhubarb and radish, ricotta gnocchi with fava bean and nettle pesto, roasted tile fish, lamb shoulder with asparagus, and a pavlova to close…each course thoughtfully paired by Winemaker Andrew Rockwell.
