Steve Wick Author Talk

All That Remains

Saturday, October 26, 2:00pm

Registration required.

Steve Wick is a 30-year veteran journalist who has won dozens of reporting and writing awards and shared Newsday’s Pulitzer Prize for Spot News reporting for the newspaper’s coverage of the crash of TWA Flight 800. In Steve Wick’s newest non-fiction book, All That Remains, he chronicles several lives among the last of the migrant workers with his first-person accounts of their experience in our Cutchogue farming community. All That Remains is enriched with poignant photographs by former Newsday photographer and Steve’s esteemed coworker Viorel Florescu. A reception will follow the presentation in the Upstairs Gallery. The Library wishes to express profound gratitude to North Fork Side by Side for funding this project and to Newsday for permission to use Viorel Florescu’s photographs.
